Support RNS 315 Firmware?

Okay, I got the information from a company in Hannover that 0020 Firmware does not officially exist for RNS-315, although we have it on our devices. The highest update available for our devices is 0011, but downgrade is probably not possible.

Yesterday i fiddled a bit with VCDS and adapted the coding of the steering wheel and RNS-315 to deactivate the voice-commands over the push-to-talk button and see whether I could delete the Bluetooth profiles over adaptation. Athough no such option was available in VCDS, today the RNS-315 booted up without listing any devices connected and I could search an find my phone. Sadly, there's some kind of problem after typing in the PIN (0000) and paring fails. Factory reset of "Phone" is also not working.

Now you don't have old phones in unit's memory?
Did you try connect your phone by unit or by dashboard of car?

No, there aren't any devices listed in my RNS-315 anymore.
I tried to connect through the RNS-315 by activating the visibility and by searching my phone. Phone and RNS-315 are found but some problem appears during pairing, so that it's impossible to connect the phone to the RNS-315.
I cannot connect through the dashboard, as the phone menu is not displayed in the dashboard of my Passat B7.

This is all very strange whith our units. Maybe it is becouse old hardware/software and new phones. What is your phone? Is it the same one you could connect in past?
If it is the same old phone, than it must be some coding thing.
Is you multimedia came whith car from fabric or you upgrade your car whith RNS 315 ?
Did you made any changes on your car before you got this bluetooth problem whith unit?

das RNS315 (Amundsen+) gibts ja als (3T0) 035 192 und 035 193. Kennt jemand den Unterschied zw 192 und 193? Ich kannte bisher nur die 192 plus deren hundert Index-Varianten (für mit und ohne DAB etc). Aber 193 sagt mir nichts.

Fiel mir in der Update-CD Definitionsdatei auf:

Wo ist dein Problem ? Guckst du Seite 1 dieses Threads und findest eine Aufstellung welche Firmware für welches Gerät. Für deine Teilenummer ist das die 270 Guckst du weiter hier Iso Download um die zugehörige Datei zu finden Ist das ein VW Gerät ? Gruß Frabusoft

Der Hersteller ist leider wenig hilfreich, welche Firmware hast du aktuell und ist das ein VW Gerät ?
Dann wie von dir zitiert, auf Seite 1 schauen, ob es eine gibt.

1. das hier ist der Firmware Thread, das Navi karten Thema gibt es im Parallel Thread
2. Etwas ungewöhnliches Bild, hat da schon jemand versucht, die Firmware upzudaten ?

Normalerweise bekommst du durch langen Druck auf die "Setup" Taste, Teilenummer, aktuelle Firmware, Navi Stand angezeigt, geht das bei dir noch ?

Hab das Fahruzeug so gekauft nur seit 2 Wochen bleibt das Radio an mit der info im Bildschirm (Schlüssel abgezogen und Fahrzeug verschlossen) bis die Batterie leergesaugt wird... Kann mich einer weiterleiten zum Downloadbereich ...mfg

Habe schon einige gebrannt, leider zeigt es im Softwareupdate-Manger immer nur:

No software found. Please take CD.
Muss das Firmware Update auf CD sein oder DVD? Bei meinem anderen RNS510 und RNS 310 ging es immer sofort.
